The officer standing in the centre is the Bandmaster Lieut. James White.
Sitting on the ground cross legged, on the far left, is 902533 Sgt. Robert Lyons from Glace Bay, NS. He was later killed in action on September 2, 1918 while serving with the 85th Battalion (Nova Scotia Highlanders).
