Garfield (Reg) Garfield Ferguson - Section 5

This section contains a photocopied three page handwritten letter, with envelope, from Reg Ferguson, addressed to his mother, and dated June 6, 1942. At the time, Reg was in the Prince Edward Island Highlanders and was taking a training course in Newfoundland. 

Major Bill Reid mentioned in the letter was a friend of Reg's and was a fellow officer in the Prince Edward Island Highlanders. He transferred to the Irish Regiment of Canada.
