246th Battalion (Nova Scotia Highlanders)
1916-1918
Pictured above is an example of a one piece other rank cap badge for the 246th Battalion. The badge is voided at the bottom and appears to be made of a copper or brass base metal with a pickled coating. There are two lugs on the back. There is no manufacturer identified. The badge measures approximately 53mm wide x 64mm high.
