Unidentified Sergeant

106th Battalion (Nova Scotia Rifles)

Circa 1915-1916

The location is not known but was probably Nova Scotia or England. On his collar is a 106th Battalion collar badge. On his shoulder is a clearly visible brass "106" numbered shoulder title for the 106th Battalion. Also on his shoulder is a standard "INF" title and a "CANADA" title common to most Canadian infantry battlions at the time. His sergeant's stripes are partially visible on his right arm.
