This photo was taken while Archie was overseas. Archie is dressed in his new highland officers uniform. He holds the rank of lieutenant.

Anderson Siblings

Circa 1917-1918

This is a beautiful studio portrait photo of James Archibald (Archie) Anderson with his sister Blanche. It would have been taken at the same time as the previous photo. Archie is an officer in the 85th Battalion (Nova Scotia Highlanders. Blanche is a nursing sister in the Canadian Army Medical Corps. Both are dressed in their military uniforms.
